Software License Agreement



1. Ownership and Intellectual Property



This Software is not "Open Source." All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software—including all copyrights, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights—are owned jointly and exclusively by Anthropocene Engineering, LLC and Sempergreen USA ("The Owners"). No ownership rights are transferred to any user.



2. Grant of License



The Owners hereby grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and royalty-free license to access and use the Software for its intended purpose.



3. Prohibited Uses and Restrictions



By using this Software, you agree that you will not:



• Copy or Redistribute: Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, or lease the Software or any portion thereof.



• Reverse Engineer: Decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.



• Adversarial Use: Use the Software, its output, its data, or any information derived from its use to initiate litigation, regulatory action, or any form of legal or competitive claim against Anthropocene Engineering, LLC or Sempergreen USA.



• Derivative Works: Modify the software or create derivative works based on the software.



4. "As-Is" and Disclaimer of Warranty



THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS WITH YOU.



5. Limitation of Liability (Use at Your Own Risk)



IN NO EVENT SHALL ANTHROPOCENE ENGINEERING, LLC OR SEMPERGREEN USA BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE. YOU USE THIS TOOL ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.



6. Termination



This license is effective until terminated. The Owners reserve the right to terminate your access to the software at any time if you breach any of these terms.
